The NHF Horizon Entrepreneurs Program

Turning potential into opportunity.

NHF’s flagship pilot program is designed to equip young people in Southern Haiti with practical business skills, mentorship, leadership development and hands-on entrepreneurial experience—helping them move from ideas to income and from potential toward economic independence.

We’re preparing young people not only to find opportunities—but to create them.

Our goal is to begin deliberately in Southern Haiti, learn from participants, measure results, improve the model and build on what works. We believe meaningful scale should follow evidence, learning and demonstrated impact.

Progress should be visible in people’s lives.

As NHF’s programs develop, we intend to evaluate success through meaningful outcomes—not simply participation. That means asking whether young people are gaining useful skills, accessing education, developing businesses, entering employment, strengthening their leadership abilities and becoming better equipped to build independent futures.

Programs are the vehicle. Expanded opportunity is the destination.
